The refurbishment of 25 Victoria Street has just been completed. DCL were appointed as Commercial Managers for the Principle Contractor on the refurbishment of the prestigious office block on Victoria Street, London.


DCL procured and cost managed the entire refurbishment of this logistically difficult building over an intensive 6 month on-site programme. Works generally comprised of;-


• Strip out and removal of existing plant, FCU services and internal non structural building fabric

• Installation, testing and commissioning of new VRV system

• Lighting, Small Power, Security and Fire Protection

• Modifications to existing BMS systems

• New ceilings, walls, finishes

• Refurbishment of raised flooring

• New joinery

• New lift lobbies, toilet cores and main reception

• Category A fit out to office areas
